IMPORTANT, MUST BE READ...Garage Gym is proud to announce that Bobbi Smorol is our August Client of the Month!
Bobbi began with her trainer Alicia at Garage Gym in April, just 5 months ago with hopes of improving her strength levels to maintain a functional lifestyle, improve body composition, and increase her running pace.

Bobbi's Accomplishments:
- Dropped 3 dress sizes
- Lost 35 lbs
- Dropped her 5k mile split by 2:00 min per mile!
- Side bridge from her knees for 15 sec/side when she started, currently side bridge from her feet for :30 sec/side.
-Airsquat with body weight to a 20 inch box for 12 reps when she started and currently does 12 reps to a 13 inch target holding a 20# DB. Her flexibility and control of her lumbar curve has drastically increased.
- 500m row on a concept 2 rower in 2:13
-2nd place in her age group in the Mary Cleary Memorial 5k!Bobbi has adopted a positive attitude towards her journey since starting at Garage Gym, she is filled with positive energy, which without a doubt has contributed to her success. She is eating a diet specifically designed for her goals which includes balanced macro nutrients and quality foods. She understands the proper way to balance her food intake to aid in accomplishing her goals and has a new awareness of how certain foods affect her digestion and energy levels.
She has also volunteered in organizing an employee wellness program at her job, encouraging other individuals to live a healthy lifestyle.
