At Garage Gym, when we discuss motivation and staying on track we teach our clients that they need to align their daily actions with their core values. If these are not in alignment, there is a constant inner struggle between where you are and where you want to be. Your core values guide you through life. Without these defined you are wandering aimlessly. If you are a trainer helping individuals along this path, its necessary to have your "stuff" in order, if that isn't the case, you are simply walking along side your client instead of leading them.
Below I have listed 2 of my core values. They may not mean anything to you as these are individual to me.
Learning- I dedicate a large portion of my life to learning a variety of topics I enjoy.
Passion- I believe that until you find and start living your passions, you are not truly living.

How much do you know ? Can you tell it as a story ? That is The essence of writing for the web . You Have to know your subject well , or nobody will believe you it is always better to impress someone then upset them . When Writing Targeted Internet Copywriting , you have to choose your appropriate target group of customers . without a target group of customers , you could ramble on incessantly about random subjects for days on end with no essence of a final goal . You always have to keep in mind who your customers are and what they are looking for . . . . . . . . . IMPORTANT, MUST BE READ...
