What are your top values in life?
Are you a talker or a walker? Ie: I know I should be healthier, or I'm currently working on getting healthier.
If health and fitness are not a value to you, which is totally ok, how does a lack of health and fitness in your life affect YOUR top values?

Overall, things are going well. Some days, I just can't make it to the gym because I end up working really late, and end up working on the weekend too. Diet is stellar...honestly, this is the best i have looked since i was 18 - people are noticing too. Sleeping well (at least 8 hours a night). Not sure if i told you, but I ran the 5K turkey trot with a time of 7:22/mile. That's 28 seconds per mile faster than a 5K a few weeks prior on a tougher course, with no running whatsoever. I must be doing something right. Thank you.
Nuggets to take away from email:
Some days he cant make the gym, no big deal, SLEEP AND FOOD ARE STILL ON TRACK.
This is huge, hence success even under tough conditions.
