Darrack and Mike post race- Civilian Military Combine finishers

This past weekend clients Darrack and Mike competed in Brooklyn NY at the Civilian Military Combine. This event consisted of a PIT workout made up of thrusters, burpees, kettlebell swings, and box jumps for a total rep score. The competitors then had 3 min to regain themselves and head towards the start line of a 4.3 mile punisher of an obstacle course filled with ropes, mud, low crawling, walls, sandbags, and sand. The temperatures reached in the low 80's adding to the difficulty of this race.  Both Mike and Darrack had specific programming and game-plans going into this event to ensure a top performance for them individually. Both exceeded expectations and recovered fine by the next day. Congrats to both these warriors!
